ADHD & Neurodivergence
Navigating a society designed for neurotypical minds can feel so overwhelming, overstimulating and defeating. Relationships, school, work, and other life areas can be hard to keep up with, which can cause you to feel alone or like you’re failing at life. I support people with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions to develop meaningful relationships, communication skills, attention and focus, emotion-regulation, impulse-control, flexibility in routine and change, and other targeted areas. More importantly, I join you in your journey to embrace your neurodivergent traits as strengths.
$150 | 50 minute session
Extended 75 and 90 minute sessions are available for deeper exploration and pacing without feeling rushed.
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for people experiencing financial hardship, based on availability. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out to discuss current openings and options.
