ADHD is understood here as a form of neurodiversity, and a natural variation in how brains process attention, energy, and executive functioning. An ADHD evaluation is not about labeling or “fixing,” but about gaining clarity, understanding strengths and challenges, and identifying meaningful supports.

Evaluations are collaborative and individualized. Different options offer different levels of depth, and we’ll choose an approach that aligns with your goals.

A Gentle Note for Clients

Many adults, particularly women, high-masking individuals, and those diagnosed later in life, seek an ADHD evaluation after years of feeling misunderstood or overextending themselves. This process is designed to be supportive, validating, and practical, offering insight that helps you move forward with greater self-understanding and confidence.

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we can decide together.
