Premarital & Couples Counseling
Whether it’s your first time getting married or you’re giving marriage another shot, premarital counseling helps you build the tools to communicate, navigate conflict using healthy resolution skills, and build a foundation based on understanding and acceptance. Pre-engagement counseling is also available for couples who are trying to define their relationship and figure out whether or not it’s time to get engaged.
As a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I offer the option to implement effective exercises and optional activities to enhance communication, deepen intimacy, and foster understanding. This approach increases self-awareness, identifies growth areas, and builds resilience. Ask about the Prepare/Enrich curriculum during our 15-minute consultation call.
