I have dedicated my career to supporting children, teens, and families, especially those navigating challenges related to conflict, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for women seeking clarity in their relationships, parents who want to better understand and support their children, and couples working to strengthen their connection. I also work closely with teens who struggle with family dynamics, friendships, self-esteem, or the pressures of school and life changes.
